| :: PCC MUSIC CARD :: |
| College students who have opted for GCSE Music and
younger students recommended by their College Muisc teacher may apply
for one of these cards. Parental letters and Membership Forms detailing
the following conditions of use may be obtained from the Music Department
but must be returned to the College Library. |
The
card is valid in PCC Library only and may only be used to borrow
items from the Music Collection. |
The
card allows the holder to borrow 1 item at a time. |
Items
will be issued for 1 week, except over a school holiday period. |
No
'unseen renewals' will be allowed. Items must be returned to the
library but may be re-issued
for another week. |
The
normal College fine rates will apply to overdue items. |
Any
lost or damaged items must be paid for within 28 days of the invoice
date. |
No
items may be borrowed if there are overdue items or outstanding monies
on the account. |
These
cards are in addition to the normal College Library Card. |
