Southern Schools Book Award :: |
| The SSBA award is one of the few
where the Judges are students - not writers, teachers or librarians.
I shall soon be asking Year 7s, 8s & 9s to volunteer as PCC student
Judges, so watch this space. |

Reviews written for 10 - 15yr olds by 10 - 15yr. There's a mixture of detailed
'review' and snappy one-liners plus star rating system. You can search by Author,
Title or Genre. |
KidsReads
Very useful for American writers such as Louis Sachar. Plus, test your knowledge
with the interactive Trivia quizzes. |
LoveReading4Kids
Although a commercial bookseller's site, it has excellent reviews and news about
new books. I have only just access it myself, so more info later. |
